Provide administrative support in the update of database to international level in services of outplacement.

  • Update database of trainers available.
  • Incorporate new resumes in database for back research.
  • Ensure the homogenization of the format of resumes, reviewing content and forms.
  • to Coordinate with the different speakers situated in other countries the resumes of new trainers.
  • Create folder of common use to which will access the rest of mates situated in other countries.
  • Create database that detail the level of qualification and certification of the trainers.
  • Support in organization of courses that take place in other countries.
  • Update file in format Excel with information about prices.
  • Realize market analysis by sector of possible clients interested in services of outplacement.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado.

Experiencia mínima: No Requerida.

Imprescindible residente en: España.

Requisitos mínimos: Licenciatura en Sociología, Biblioteconomía y documentación, o similar. Nivel muy alto de Inglés. Nivel avanzado de Excel.
